    cup half & half

    stick butter

    eggs (well beaten)

    tsp salt

    Tbsp vanilla

  • Topping

  • 2

    cups brown sugar

  • 2/3

    cups butter

  • 2/3

    cups flour

  • 2

    cups pecan halves

  • Follow mixing and backing instructions above.

Directions

Mix the ingredients together. Pour into well greased 9 x 13 pan. Prepare Topping Topping Directions: Mix together and spread on top of potato mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 20/ 1 serving 11 Weight Watcher points
