Ingredients

  • 2 - 40 oz cans sweet potatoes (mashed up)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup half & half
  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 eggs (well beaten)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla
  • Topping
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2/3 cups butter
  • 2/3 cups flour
  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • Half Recipe

  • 1/3 cup flour

  • Follow mixing and backing instructions above.

Step 1

Mix the ingredients together. Pour into well greased 9 x 13 pan.
Prepare Topping

Topping Directions:

Mix together and spread on top of potato mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
