- 1/4 cup rough chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup sliced mini tomotoes
- Pinch of sea salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 3 T. extra virgin olive oil mixed with 2 T. Muscat Orange Champagne Vinegar (or other champagne vinegar)
