Ingredients

  • 1 jar (12oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely
  • 2 pkg (10oz) frozen creamed spinach
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 small clove garlic -- minced
  • 1 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese

Step 1


1. Combine all ingredients. Spoon into pie plate ( I use 10 plate) and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

2. 2 tbsp = 60 calories. Makes about 4 cups. This is a double batch.
