Pumpkin Apple Bread

Ingredients
- 3 c flour
- 3 c sugar
- 2 t cinnnamon
- 4 eggs
- 2 t baking soda
- 1 c vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 c apple juice or water
- 1 can (15 oz) pure pumpkin
- 1 large baking apple, peeled, cored
- & diced

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 deg. Grease and flour 2 9x5" loaf pans. Combine the flour, cinnamon, baking soda & salt in large bowl. Combine sugar, pumpkin eggs, oil & juice in large mixer bowl; beat until just blended. Add pumpkin mixture to flour mixture, stir just until moistened. Fold in apples. Spoon batter into loaf pans. Bake 65-70 mins. Cool in pans on wire racks 10 mins; remove loaves to racks to cool completely.
