Ingredients
- 3 lb. boneless beef chuck roast, very lean, cut into chunks.
- 1 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 3 T. sesame oil
- 2 T. minced garlic
- 1-32 oz. box Hot and Sour beef broth, divided
- 2 cans Ro-Tel
- 2 bags frozen broccoli florets
- 2 envelopes dry beef gravy mix
- 1 box (2c.) Uncle Ben's brown rice
- 1-32 oz. box Hot and Sour beef broth

Step 1
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, oil and garlic and stir well. Marinate sliced raw meat in it overnight. In the morning, pour 3 c. of broth and 2 cans Ro-Tel into crockpot. Add marinated meat. Cook on Low for 8 hours, or High for 4 hours. About 15 minutes before serving, combine remaining cup of broth with 2 envelopes gravy mix. Whisk well. Add to crockpot, along with 2 bags frozen broccoli and stir well.
Also 15 min. before serving, combine box of rice with box of broth in a microwave steamer. Microwave 15 min.
