Christmas Cranberry Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 2/3 c shortening
• 1 2/3 c sugar
• 5 eggs one at a time
• 1 t vanilla
• 1 c cranberries rinsed and floured
• 1/2 c nuts
• 6 oz choc chips

Preparation

Step 1

Bake in a greased tube pan or bundt pan.

350 55 min

cover with foil for 20 min.

ovens vary, so cook accordingly. Tooth pick has to come out clean.
