Garlic grilled corn on the cob

Ingredients

• 4 minced cloves garlic
• 4 t olive oil
• 4 medium ears sweet corn husks removed
• 1 t sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Place each corn on double thickness of tin foil
combine garlic and olive oil
brush over corn and sprinkle with sugar
fold foil over corn and seal tightly
grill corn covered over med heat 10-15 mins turning occasionally
open foil carefully to allow steam to escape
