Ingredients

  • 2 (15 oz) cans pumpkin
  • 1 C sugar
  • 3/4 C evaporated milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Walnut Crisp Topping
  • Garnish with cool whip and cinnamon
  • WAlnut Crisp Topping
  • Makes about 2 Cups
  • 3/4 C firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 C quick cooking oats
  • 3/4 C chopped walnuts
  • 2 TBS flour
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 TBS butter melted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degreese Lightly grease an 8 inch square baking dish

In a large bowl whick together pumpkin sugar evaporated milk eggs cinnamon pumpking pie spice and vanill until smooth. Pout into prepared baking dish sprinkle evenly with Walnut Crisp Topping. Bake for 45 to 50 mins or until center is set and topping is golden brown. Serve warm with shipped topping and cinnamon if desired.

Walnut Crisp Topping

In medium bowl combine brown sugar oats walnuts flour and cinnamon. Add melted butter stirring until combined.
