Mexican Crab & Cheese Dip

The rich, fantastic flavors in this Warm Beer-Cheese Mexican Crab Dip make it necessary to double the batch. It's that delicious.

Ingredients

• 1 block Mexican Velveeta, cubed
• 8 ounces cheddar, shredded
• red pepper, diced
• 3 to 4 green onions, diced
• 4 to 6 ounces crab (or imitation crab), flaked
• Beer or wine, to thin it out

Mix all but liquid. Microwave til starts to melt. Add beer or wine and continue heating/stirring til smooth.
