Ingredients
- 1 lbs. carrots, cut into rounds
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 / 4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 glove garlic, crushed

Preparation
Step 1
Bring carrots to a boil and set aside. Cook garlic in the coconut oil until golden. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a slight boil. Add carrots and simmer for two minutes. Serve.
