Ingredients
- Mix together:
- Grease, flour and line with parchment paper a jelly roll pan
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup Pumpkin
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup flour.
- Pour into pan, bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
- Turn onto a sugared towel and roll up
- cool completly
- Filling:
- 2 Tablespoons butter room temp.
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 3/4 Teaspoon vanilla
- 1 Cup Powdered sugar

Beat with mixer until smooth
Unroll the cake and spread the filling over and then roll up, again.
For the cake part:
you can use Betty Crocker Pumpkin Bread Mix.
Easier and one cannot tell the difference.
