Tomato Basil Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 2 2 chicken breasts, pounded thin]
- salt & pepper
- 2 2 2 Tbsp. EVOO
- 2 2 2 C. tomatoes, chopped
- 2 2 2 tsp. garlic, minced
- 4 4 4 Tbsp. cold butter
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C. fresh basil, chopped
- fresh parmesan cheese, for garnish
- 1 1 1 lb. linguine

Preparation
Step 1
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook pasta according to directions. Meanwhile, add a couple tablespoons olive oil to hot skillet. Cook chicken 4-5 minutes on each side. When chicken is done, add tomatoes, basil, butter and garlic. Stir and let cook for a few minutes. Lower heat until noodles are done cooking. Drain pasta and pour in to skillet. Top with parmesan cheese.
