  • 6 strips of bacon
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 cups potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans of milk



Step 1

chop bacon and brown in skillet. Remove and drain on paper towel
chop onion and brown in bacon grease
peel an chop potatoes. Add 4 tbs bacon to 2 quart sauce pan add 1 1/2 cups of water ande browned onions. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
add 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and 2 cans of milk. Simmer until thickened. Add salt and pepper for taste. Serve with bacon bits on top
