Ingredients

  • 4 c raw blueberries
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 3 T cornstarch
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1 T butter

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare shell. Place 2 c berries into cooled shell. Cook 2 c berries with water, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch and salt until thick. Stir in butter. Pour over berries in pie shell. Chill. Serve with whipped cream.
