  • 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 lb Shrimp, medium, pre-cooked, deveined
  • 2 Green Onions
  • 2 tbs Parsley
  • 2 cups Elbow Macaroni
  • Red Wine Vinegrette

Step 1

1. Cook pasta in boiling water. Let cool.
2. Prepare and mix balance of ingredients. Move to plastic container. Add pasta. Mix well.
3. Add dressing to taste.
4. Refrigerate overnight.
