Noodles and Pot cheese

  • 8 oz ( 4 cups) Penn. Dutch Egg Medium dry Egg noodles
  • 16 oz Axelrod Pot style Low fat Cottage cheese



Step 1

Cook egg noodles 5 mins or as per instructions on package

Drain thoughly.

Put noodles into a large frypan, adding butter.

Cook on medium heat till noodles are nicely browned on the bottom.

Stir as needed during browning.

Cooking time is about 10 mins.

Serve with butter and cottage cheese.
