Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups grated zucchini
- 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix together eggs, oil, vanilla extract, sugar, and zucchini. In a large bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and baking powder; stir in chocolate chips.
Add zucchini mixture to dry ingredients. Pour into 2 greased 5x9" loaf pans. Bake for 45 minutes, until bread test done.
