Ingredients
- 29 oz can of pumpkin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 4 large eggs
- Evaporated milk (12 oz can)
- 2 un-baked 9 in, deep dish pie shells

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
1. Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloved in small bowl
2. Beat eggs in large bowl
3. stir in pumpkin, sour cream, and sugar spice mixture
4. Gradually stir in evaporated milk
5. Pour into pie shells
6. Bake in pre-heated oven at 425 degrees for 15 minutes
7. Reduce temp to 350 degrees and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
