Penne Chicken and Sun-dried Tomatoes

  • 1/2 box Penne Pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups Quartered Artichoke Hearts
  • 6 oz Organic Sundried Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Basil, Fresh
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 8 oz Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 cup Shaved Parmesan



Step 1

Boil pasta
Grill chicken
in a saute pan mix artichoke, tomato, with olive oil.

Add chopped chicken, toss in pasta, sprinkle cheese and basil, serve!
