Ingredients
- 1/2 box Penne Pasta
- 1 1/2 cups Quartered Artichoke Hearts
- 6 oz Organic Sundried Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Basil, Fresh
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 8 oz Chicken Breasts
- 1/4 cup Shaved Parmesan

Preparation
Step 1
Boil pasta
Grill chicken
in a saute pan mix artichoke, tomato, with olive oil.
Add chopped chicken, toss in pasta, sprinkle cheese and basil, serve!
