Black bean chili with pork in crockpot

Ingredients
- 1 to 2 pd bnls pork cut in cubes
- 2 cans black beans (16 oz) drained and rinsed
- 1 red and 1 yellow pepper chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 small onion thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1/2 t cumin
- 2 t chili powder
- salt to taste
- 1 can tomato sauce

Preparation
Step 1
combine all ingredients in crockpot
cover and cook on low 8-9 hours
spoon into bowls
if desired top with sour cream and or shredded cheese
