Tequila-Lime Milkshake Shooters

• 1/4 cup tequila
• 1 tablespoons lime zest
• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 3 heaping tablespoons prepared lime curd
• 11 ounces premium vanilla ice cream
• Whipped cream, optional
• Lime zest for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the tequila, zest, juice and curd in the blender and blend for 5 seconds. Add the ice cream and blend until smooth, about 8 seconds. Pour into 2-ounce glasses and top with whipped cream and lime zest.
