Ingredients

  • 0.7 lb margerine (7 lb)
  • 0.3 lb unsalted butter (3 lb)
  • 2 T chopped fresh parsley (1 1/4 c)
  • 1 t black pepper (3 T)
  • 2 T plus 2 1/2 t garlic, chopped (1 3/4 c)
  • French bread, sliced

Step 1

Beat first five ingredients together. Spread on bread. Bake in 350 degree oven until begins to brown.
