Ingredients
- Filling:
- 3/4 c packed brown sugar
- 1 3/4 t pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 t salt
- 12 ox evap low fat milk
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin, unsweetened
- frozen pie crust
- topping:
- 1/4 c whipping cream
- 1 T amaretto
- 2 t powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
position oven rack to lowest...preheat to 425
Prepare filling, combine first 6 ingredients stir with wixk thenm add pumpkin and whisk till smooth. roll dough into pie plate.
Pour mixture into crust. Place pie palte on baking sheet. Bake at 425 for 10 mins then reduce to 350 and bake an additional 50 mins tilll almost set. remove and cool
