  • 1 french baguette thinly sliced
  • Butter
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 jar of olive tapanade
  • 2 large beefsteak tomatoes seeded and coarsely chopped

Step 1

Slice baguette thinly and butter one side. Sprinkle each slice with a few strands of the cheese.. Place bread on cookie sheet and cook in 350 degree oven for five to seven minutes. Remove from oven and immediately spoon about one teaspoon of the chopped tomatoes on each slice. Then, add one to two teaspoons of tapenade on tomato. Serve immediately while hot.
