(Crockpot) Pineapple Salsa Chicken

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 1 20 oz can pineapple tidbits (undrained)
  • 2-3 cups black beans (drained)
  • 1 medium can corn (optional)
  • rice



Step 1

Place chicken in crock pot.
Cover with black beans, salsa, and pineapple.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 4 hours.
(Add optional corn 30 minutes before end>)

Once chicken is done, you can shred or chop and add it back to the sauce.

Serve over rice.
