Ingredients

  • 1 - lg can of Sugary Sams sweet potatoes
  • 1 - sm can of crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
  • 1-lg bag of minuature marshmellows
  • butter

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Boil your potatoes in their own juice. Drain, then add 1/2 stick of butter and mash potatoes until butter is melted thru. Add 1/2 bag of marshmellows and mash into potatoes until melted. Add Walnuts and pineapple. Drain your pineapple.
Top with remainder marshmellows.
Bake at 350 degrees until marshmellows are melted and golden brown.
