  • 6 Red Potatoes, cubed with skin 2 TBSP olive oil 1 pack Zesty Italian Seasoning Minced dried onion

Preheat oven to 400

1. Drizzle potatoes in olive oil, completely coating.

2. Sprinkle package of Italian seasoning over potatoes and combine.

3. Add in minced dried onion, salt and pepper to taste.

4. Bake 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese prior to serving.
