Pumpkin Cake Torte

This is such a easy cake to make and great for Thanksgiving time.

Ingredients

• 30 oz pumpkin
• 1 teas salt
• 2 teas cinnamon
• 1 c sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 c evaporated milk
• 1 white cake mix
• 1 1/2 stick butter, melted
• Chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the pumpkin, salt, cinnamon, sugar, eggs and evaporated milk together. Spoon into a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle white cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Melt the butter and drizzle over the cake. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour
