Ingredients
- Cream cheese layer:
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- Filling:
- 1 1/4 c canned pumpkin
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 teas cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 1 c evaporated milk

Preparation
Step 1
Beat together cream cheese, 1/4 c sugar, egg and vanilla. Mix well spread in bottom of pie shell. Combine pumpkin, sugar, and spices. Beat in eggs and milk. Carefully pour over cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 hours,
