Ingredients

  • 1 c cold milk
  • 1 c (8oz) sour cream
  • 1 pkg (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tsp grated orange peel
  • 2 c heavy whipping cream, whipped
  • 8 c cubed angle food cake
  • 4 c sliced strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a bowl, beat the milk, sour cream, pudding mix and orange peel on low speed until thickened. Fold in whipped cream. Place 1/2 of the cake cubes in a 3 qt class bowl.

2. Arrange 1/3 of the strawberries around sides of bowl and over cake. top with 1/2 of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers once. Top with reamining berries. Refigerate for 2 hours before serving.
