Blueberry Cheesecake Jars

Ingredients
- 1 C heaping of graham cracker crumbs
- 3 T Brn sugar
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 c melted butter
- Combine and pack 3 T into each of 6 1/2 pint jars
- Cheesecake layer-
- 8 oz. pkg cream cheese (room temp)
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 2 t lemon juice
- 2 t vanilla
- 1 t lemon or orange zest
- Combine/mix well until light & fluffy-divide among 6 jars

Step 1
Take 1 can of pie filling (blueberry, cherry, etc) and add 1/4 t almond extract. Place an equal dollop on each jar and refrigerate overnite. Serve w/a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
