Ingredients

  • 2

    cups cooked chicken chopped into bite size pieces

  • 1

    cup grapes split

  • 3/4

    cashews

  • 1/2

    chopped green onions

  • 1/2

    cup chopped peeled apples Soaked in 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/2

    cup chopped celery

  • 1

    cup mayo

  • 1

    tsp sugar

  • 1/8

    tsp salt

  • 1/8

    tsp pepper

Directions

Combine Mayo with seasonings. Taste and season as desired. Combine all chopped ingredients and add in mayo mixture. Serve on crosaints or dinner rolls
