Creamy Peach Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen pie crust
  • 3 cups fresh or frozen (thawed), chopped (if using frozen, drain after thawing)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups Cool Whip

Step 1

Bake crust according to package instructions. Cool.

In small saucepan, combine 1 ½ cup peaches and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Cook 4-5 minutes until peaches are soft. Cool.

In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip and remaining peaches.

Spoon into baked pie crust. Arrange cooked peaches over top. Chill.
