Broccoli-Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 Pkg. Frozen Broccoli
  • 1 Pkg. Frozen Cauliflower
  • 1 Pkg. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Pkg. American Cheese Slices
  • 1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1 Pkg. Potato Crowns
  • 1 Can Durkee French Fried Onions
  • 1 Small Onion, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add cream of celery soup. In a saucepan, cook broccoli and cauliflower. Add to beef mixture. Add package of shredded cheddar; mix thoroughly. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with Pam and place potato crowns in bottom; top with American cheese slices. Pour beef mixture over top. Top with more American cheese slices. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Take out of oven, top with French-fried onion rings and bake for additional 10 minutes.
