Chicken with mushrooms, roasted peppers and black olives

Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken breasts, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup mushrooms,sliced
- flour for dredging chicken
- 12 pitted and sliced oil cured black olives
- 1 small jar roasted red peppers
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1/3 cup white wine
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
-dredge chicken in flour
-saute chicken in oil
-add mushrooms and saute for 8 minutes
-add olives, pepper and capers
-add wine, salt and pepper
-reduce sauce slightly and add butter at end
serve over rice or wide noodles
