Baked ham stuffed mushrooms

  • 24 fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 c chopped green onion
  • 1 t butter
  • 2 t flour
  • 1/4 tsp savory
  • 2 t dry white wine
  • 1/4 c finely chopped, cooked ham
  • 2 t parm
  • 1/4 c fine bread crumbs

Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 25mins


Step 1

1) wash and drain mushrooms. remove stems. chop stems to make 1c.

2) cook stems, onions in butter til tender. stir in flour, savory and 1/8 tsp pepper. add wine and 2t water cook and stir til thickened and bubbly. stir in ham and parm

3) fill caps with mix. place on baking pan. top with breadcrumbs. bake 350 for 15-20 minutes or til tender
