Ingredients
- 1 qt fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/3 C Ginger ale
- 1/4 C FF half and half
- 1/3 C sugar (1/2 of it Sugar Twin)
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 oz lite sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
- Puree strawberries in blender or processor; add ginger ale, half and half, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and process until well blended
- Place in bowl and whisk in sour cream until smooth
- Chill thoroughly about 2 hours before serving
