Cauliflower Pizza Crust

This was actually pretty good - the best non-grain crust we have tried. We used out pizza pan but crust was a bit too thin I think. Next time - double recipe & make it a bit thicker - double might be too much but try that & use what we think is necessary.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked, riced cauliflower
- 1 egg
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
In a medium bowl, combine cauliflower, egg and mozzarella. Press evenly onto the pan. Sprinkle with oregano and parsley.
Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven. Add desired pizza toppings (sauce, cheese, etc.) and place under a broiler at high heat until cheese is melted
*can use food processor to "rice" the cauliflower
