Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 pkg egg noodles, cooked
- 1 large can tuna packed in water, drained
- 1/2 med onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 T butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup (or so) of frozen peas
- 1 T chopped parsley
- salt, pepper, garlic salt
- parmesan cheese

Step 1
Cook noodles, drain, set aside. Drain the tuna, set aside. Fry onion and celery in the butter, til tender.
Mix together soup, mayo, milk, peas, parsley and seasonings. Add onion/celery (with butter drippings) and tuna. Mix well. Add noodles, mix well, pour into greased casserole dish. Coat top with parmesan cheese (I do it pretty thick) then bake at 350 for 30 mins!
Note: instead of parmesan cheese as a topping, you can use 1 cup of bread crumbs mixed with a couple Tablespoons of melted butter (or more, to taste)
