  • FRESH CHINESE NOODLES-ONE 14 OZ PKG MAKES 2 LARGE BOWLS DO NOT USE DRY NOODLES. (WELL SOMETIMES I CANT FIND THE FRESH AND I USE THE DRY)
  • GREEN ONIONS CHOPPED
  • PARMESAN CHEEE
  • CHICKEN BROTH ONE CAN CLEAR
  • ONION POWDER 1 AND 1/2 TEASPOONS OR TO TASTE
  • GARLIC i USED FRESH CHOPPED TO TASTE ABT 2 TSP MAYBE MORE
  • PARSLEY 1 AND 1/2 TEASPOON'SALT
  • MARGARINE
  • TABASCO SAUCE.

Preparation

Step 1

BOIL CHICKEN IN EQUAL AMOUNTS OF WATER AND BROTH
COOK UNTIL CHICKEN IS TENDER AND FALLS FROM BONE
REMOVE CHICKEN FROM POT
REMOVE MEAT FROM BONES AND DICE. KEEP BROTH HOT

COOK NOODLES PER PKG INSTRUCTIONS

ADD THE ONION POWDER, GARLIS AND PARSLEY.

PUT IN WARM BOWLS AND TOP WITH GREEN ONIONS AND PARM CHEESES.
