lb. baking potatoes (about 3), peeled, cut into chunks
cup small fresh cauliflower florets
cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
COOK vegetables in boiling water in large saucepan 20 min. or until tender; drain. ADD dressing; mash until light and fluffy. * For best results, cut potatoes and cauliflower into equal-size pieces to ensure even cooking. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley just before serving.
