  • SUGAR 4 CUPS
  • PACIFIC PECTIN MIX 1/3 CUP

Step 1

PROCEDURE:

1. PLACE FRUIT IN PAN. STIR PECTIN MIX INTO FRUIT. STIR ABOUT ONE MINUTE.
2. HEAT TO BOILING AND SLOWLY ADD SUGAR.
3. BOIL 3 MINUTES WHILE STIRRING.
4. STOP HEATING. LET STAND 30 SECONDS. SKIM AND POUR INTO JARS.
