Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup sifted cake flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup melted crisco
- 2 eggs
- GLAZE
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350*
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, spices.
Add remaining ingredients, blend well.
Spread batter in greased, flute, 2 quart mold or bundt pan.
Bake 40-50 minutes.
Cool t10 minutes in pan.
Invery to wire rack.
Glaze and decorate.
