Zucchini Nut Bread

Ingredients

• 1 cup nuts
• 3 eggs
• 2-1/4 cups sugar
• 1 cup veg oil
• 1 cup raisins,
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 3 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 cups zucchini
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinn
• 1 tsp grnd cloves
• 1 tsp al1 spice
• 1 tsp nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs; add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Cream together. Sift flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, cloves, allspice, nutmeg and salt; add to batter. Add nuts and raisins. Grease and flour two loaf pans.
Bake @ 325° for 1 hour.
