Step 1
Take 2 c of the "cookie dough (basic)" recipe and shape into two 8 inch logs. Roll in 6 tbsp sweetened flaked coconut, wrap in plastic wrap and refigerate until firm or 3 hours to overnight. Cut each log into 16 slices. Arrange 1 inch apaart on cookie sheet and back 12-15 minutes. Let cool 3 minutes then transfer to cooling rack. Combine 1 c sifted powdered sugar, 4 tsp lime juice and 1/2 tsp water and whisk well and then drizzle over cookies.
