Ingredients
- CRUST: 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 sticks melted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- PIE: 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 8oz. cream cheese
- 1 small coolwhip
- 2 can sweetened cond. milk
- 1 cup lemon juice (may use some of the zest if you want)
- 4 egg yolks
- 8 oz. cool whip

Step 1
Crust: Mix flour butter and pecans well and press into a 9 X 13 inch pie pan. In a hurry, you can use a gram cracker crust from the store. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. and cool
FIRST LAYER: Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and the small cool whip together. Beat till powdered sugar is lump free! Pour in cooled pie crust and put in refrig till ready for the next.
SECOND LAYER: Beat 4 egg yolks WELL! Add lemon juice and mix well. fold in 2 cans sweet cond. milk. Add to pie and top with 8 oz. cool whip. May garnish with lemon curls from the lemons. YOU MAY ALSO USE: Key lime juice. COOL OVERNIGHT and ENJOY !
