Creamy-Strawberry Lemon Squares

  • 1 1/2 cups grahams finely crushed (21 squares)
  • 1/2 cup sugar, divided
  • 6 Tbl. butter, softened
  • 2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Jello Lemon flavor Instant pudding
  • 1 tub Cool Whip Strawberry, thawed



Step 1

Mix graham crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter until well blended. Press firmly onto bottom of 9 X 13. Set aside. Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup milk in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Spread over crust.

Pour remaining 2 3/4 cup milk in large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes. Pour over cream cheese layer. Let stand 5 minutes. Cover with whipped topping. Refrigerate 4 hours.
