Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/3 cup bbq sauce
  • 1/2 cup frozen potatoes o'brien with onions and peppers
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls

Preparation

Step 1

heat oven to 350
in an 8 inch skillet, cook beef over medium high heat, stirring frequwntly, until thoroughly cooked. drain. stir in the bbq sauce , potatoes and cheese.
unrill the crescent roll dough; separate dough into 4 rectangles. place on ungreased large cookie sheet.
spoon 1/4 beef mixture on 1 side of each rectangle. fold dough over. press edges to seal
bake 13 - 19 minutes or until tuirnovers are golden brown
