Ingredients

  • 8

    oz uncooked linguine, broken into thirds

  • c frozen sweet peas

  • ¾

    c light alfredo sauce

  • ¼

    c fat free half and half or skim milk

  • 1

    lb shrimp

  • ½

    t basil

  • t pepper

Directions

In large saucepan, cook linguine, adding peas during the last 2-3 minutes. Pour onto colander to drain. In same saucepan over low heat, combine alfredy sauce, half and half, shrimp, basil and pepper. Mix well. Add cooked linguine and peas; cook 2-4 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 4 (1 ½ c) servings 400 calories
