Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. Ramen Noodle Soup
- 1 pkg. 10oz. frozen cut green beans
- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 cups sliced cooked chicken
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- 1/4 cup teriyaki marinade, preferably with pineapple juice
- 1 Tbl. chopped fresh ginger
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1/4 cup canned chow mein noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Bring large pot of water to boil. Discard flavor packets from soup. Add noodle, green beans and red peppers to boiling water. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 4 minutes. Reserve 1/4 cup water. Drain noodles and vegetable mixture. In the same pot, add chicken, carrots, corn, teriyaki, ginger, and lime juice. Add hot noodle-vegetable mixture and reserved water; toss to coat. Transfer to large serving platter; sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
